When I started with the project "Sports Management Consulting" in September 2012, it was very important for me that the agency identifies itself with my personality, philosophy and mentality - an agency which is able to pass on main values - honesty, hard work, ambition, determination - and it lets the player grow both, from a sportive and human perspective.

Our philosophy is based on the many factors which are important for the sports career. The sport in general today is not the same as before, it has developed, and is still developing doing big steps forward. Talent is not enough. Players need a good team with people around them. Players need a good advisor, a good legal consultant, a good financial consultant, a good football agency, a good marketing agency and finally a good friend. Players need somebody who will protect their interests. Clubs need good negotiators and professionals in order to find the best agreement. The parties need good intermediary to guide the process of negotiations finding the best agreement for all parties.

Our mentality is based on honesty as a main value. We teach our clients that the hard work, honesty and professionalism are the things which are the most important for their careers. We are here just to help them and protect them while giving our best advice. The rest depends from the players. We are one family. Together we are stronger. We are SMC Team.
